Terms of Service

1. Definitions

“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to [NSNR Future].
“Client,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the individual or entity using our services.
“Services” refers to web development, digital marketing, and related services we provide.
“Content” refers to all text, images, code, and materials provided by either party.

2. Service Agreement

All services are provided subject to:

  • Receipt of signed proposal/agreement

  • Payment of required deposits

  • Client providing all necessary materials and information in a timely manner

3. Payments & Fees

  • A 20% – 30% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion.

  • Additional revisions beyond the defined project scope may incur extra charges.

  • Late payments are subject to 1.5% monthly interest.

  • All prices are in USD, unless otherwise specified.

  • Once we start working on your website, social media products, SEO, Facebook ads, or content creation, no refund will be provided.

4. Intellectual Property

  • The Client retains ownership of all materials provided.

  • We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio.

  • Final deliverables are transferred to the client only upon full payment.

  • Open-source components remain under their respective licenses.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of:

  • Business strategies and proprietary information

  • Unreleased product details

  • Financial arrangements

  • Any information marked as confidential

6. Liability & Warranties

  • All services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the total project fees paid by the client.

  • We are not responsible for third-party platform changes or downtime.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring accuracy and legality of all provided content.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement with 24 hours written notice.

  • Termination fees may apply for work already completed.

  • The client is responsible for payment for all work performed up to the termination date.

  • Upon termination, all unpaid invoices become immediately due.

8. Return & Refund Policy

At NSNR Future, we focus on delivering digital services and products such as websites, online courses, SEO, and digital marketing solutions. Due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of these offerings, the following policy applies:

  • Digital Products & Courses:
    Once access to a course, downloadable file, or digital product is granted, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
    Clients are responsible for ensuring compatibility and suitability before purchase.

  • Services (Web Development, Marketing, SEO, etc.):
    Once project work has begun, refunds will not be issued.
    Deposits made are non-refundable, as they cover time, planning, and initial resource allocation.

  • Exceptional Cases:
    Refunds may only be considered if:

    • The service has not been initiated and

    • A written cancellation request is received within 24 hours of payment.
      Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [UP/India], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to our website.
